In order to be a leader you must be responsible and have organization. When you do not have organization it makes it hard to lead others in the right direction.

The fact that prioritizing while being a leader will help you realize what has to be done within a certain amount of time. Some things are more important than others and organizing your tasks will help you realize what is more important than others.

Orginization is another important skill in any line of work. The activity proved this and as shown later, claendars do change and it is great to be organized and sort it out.

Organization is also very important, because if you are not organized you will have maybe scheduled a meeting with someone and will forget it if you do not keep a calendar. Also you need to be organized, because everyone in the group is trusting you to keep up with the imformation.

a.The calendar helped me understand that organization is very important to yours or someone elses scedule. But, having too many activites can lead to confussion.

Priorities are important because, if you put drawing up a budget below eating a ham sandwhich it would cause some problems.

Organization is one of the main keys in being a leader. When you are leading people they like to know what they are going to have to do or what is expected. This activity was useful and helped me realize that I need to prioritize my activities in a more organized fashion.
