It was very interesting to work with another individual that we did not know. By communicating with the other person, we learned similarities and differences. As we see in this activity, we learn more about a person by simply talking and asking questions.

I, as a leader, will work to over come differences by getting know people. Getting to know someone is very important to your team members. In order to have good working enviroment you must know the people around you. You must also respect them and their beliefs or motivations. If you do not know the people around you theymight be hard to get along with.
As a leader you could overcome these differences by finding the unique things you have in common to make it more interesting.A leader would go ask and try to figure out the commons and uncommon things in the person they are dealing with.
In this activity I thought that I knew my partner very well ,but I found out that we had more things in common that I thought. You should not judge people on what they look like or how they act you should always get to know someone and respect them.

Many people think that people who look different like different things. This is not true as we have seen in this activity.

As in the activity we saw a different side of our unknown people and got to see them in a different way when we worked together.
