Today was a very good learning experience in learning qualties and traits of a leader. I learned a lot of things and traits that a leader has to have to be a true leader.
This activity shows your leadership ability and tests it with groups. It shows that working with a group can be a struggle. The straw tower tested the ability to work with others. On the paper bag project it shows what you don't know about other people.
Today was the best experience I have had in dealing with leadership. Not only did we learn about leadership, but we had fun in the process. I hope this workshop is availible for other students in our state and country. It was an excellent oppurtunity.
The learning experience today was great. I was taught all of the qualities and things it takes to become a leader. I hope that I have showed my best leadership and that I am a very trustworthy and humble person. I have had a wonderful experience today and I am hoping to teach others whether I meaning too, or not what i have learned today. Thank you for giving us such a fun, but yet a great learning experience. =)))

I have learned alot about being a leader today. I learned that you have to trust your co-workers. You also have to listen to everyone's opinion. Another quality is is to know your co-workers and try to understand them the best you can. I really enjoyed it today. plus we got out of class--yay.

I really did like this today because it was fun but still she got us to learn about leadership by playing games and being just awesome.

This class was really fun and exciting. The only thing i didn't like was having to wait to know what the silly putty was for.
