Communication is very important because without it as a leader you would not know what all was going on. You cannot be everywhere at every second of the day so you need to communicate with your group so that you are aware of what is goin on around you. ZG

I feel that the communication of people in the birthday line-up activity is very important in the fact of if you don't know the birthday of the people you are working with, you would need to know the information to help get them in order. Commmunication is very important because i dont know everyone's birthday. YOu can use hand signals to comminitcate but it is harder. We still managed to pull it off.
Communication is an important key in being a leader. It takes great skill in order to be able to communicate with others without using words. This task was difficult, but easy as the activity progressed. This was a great way to get to communicate differently with others and better understand working with other people.
It was very important because your responsibility was to line up with no communication. You need to know things about the people you are leading. This activity also shows that you have to have organization to put everyone where they need to be.
I feel that good communication in the birthday line-up is very important because if you have a formal relationship with the person then you may not know them well enough to have known what their birthday is. Communication is very important so that you could ask them what their birthday is.We could have lined up quicker if we could talk and ask eachother. Communication is very important that helps you talk to others and may help you get to know them better.
I feel that the birthday line-up is a great example of what you will face as you move on in life because as you will find out you will not be able to be every where at the same time. As you found out in this activity others will have to communicate with you in order to find out what you need to know or find out.
